The province’s Robusta beans have garnered national acclaim for their quality. In the 2021 Philippine Coffee Quality Competition, Rebecca B. Gacayan from Senator Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat, secured the 8th spot among the country’s best Robusta coffees. More recently, in the 2024 competition, Rey John Basco from the same municipality achieved the top position, highlighting the exceptional standards of Sultan Kudarat’s coffee farmers.
